CLAT 2018 – Common Law Admission Test is a National Level Entrance Examination. It is conducted by 18 National Law Universities in the country on a rotational basis. National University of Advanced Legal Studies(NUALS), Kochi conducts CLAT this year.
Various Law colleges that includes Private and Government undertakings consider CLAT score.
The Eligibility Criteria for the CLAT exam 2018 is planned individually for UG and PG.
CLAT UG : Should have appeared and passed 10 + 2 with minimum 45%(40% for SC/ST)
CLAT PG : The qualification prescribed is L.L.B / 5 Years integrated L.L.B(Hons)/ Equivalent degree. And should have pursued 55% marks in it. The excemption is only for SC / ST and they should have pursued minimum 50% of marks.

The submission of application for the CLAT exam 2018 will commence by the onset of January 2018. The admit card will be available for download from the Mid of April.

The CLAT exam application will be available online in the official website. The commencement of Application will be from the onset of January 2018.
- For the General/ OBC/ SAP and other candidates : 4000rs
- For the SC /ST candidates : 3500 rs
- Counselling fee : 50,000 rs.
The exam for CLAT UG and PG consists of 200 and 150 marks respectievely. The marking schema grants one mark for every correct answer while every wrong answer deducts 0.25 marks.

The official syllabus for CLAT exam 2018 is not yet announced but it is expected to be similar to that of CLAT 2017.
